Will the credits disappear when everything turns green? Will they turn to penalties for those not living green?

Such social change and initiatives invoke fear of the unknown. People tend to be more consumed with the unknown than with the benefits associated with going green. Then again a perfect balance is needed with checks and balances brought about by people questioning the unknown.

As with other emerging product/technology, the extra incentives will go away once it is able to stand on it's own. Like how VOIP telelphone service didn't have any taxes at the beginning. Now I pay over $5 / month in taxes in addition to the $250 per year for service.
