Tres Amigas LLC announced that it received responses at a hearing on March 18, 2010 on the regulatory filings it submitted with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regarding the Tres Amigas SuperStation. FERC's orders granted Tres Amigas approval to sell transmission services for the SuperStation at negotiated rates.
